Did you mean " when do the soldiers from the Iraqi war come back?".
I would hope after the nation is stable and we have irraticated the majority of terrorist in the reagion. Other wise it will be pissing on the graves and the wounds of those who have sacrificed. And think of all the innocence that will die when we have to go back and finish the job. Be real, do you think the nation will sit back and alow murder in the streets and civil war to break out, spill over boarders and whatch Iran move in to occupy the oil fields directly threating Saudi Arabia? Iran want to control the worlds oil supply as badly as did Saddam. You think were in a recession now? Wait untill we have 250$ a barrel oil, then youll be paying 5x for the goods your currently buying. Can you say, housing, stockmarket and sociatal crash?
When those people in china, and india, and packistan get hungry and start rioting? You will see the Militaries of all the major countries moving in to secure their slice of oil to feed their countries. It' won't be pretty.
So stay and finish
Leave just to go back and start from scratch
or leave and never return, and whatch the world decend into major bad problems.

Well, depends almost entirely on who is elected. If it is anyone other then Hillary, the answer is we will have a military presence there for years and years to come. It will be on the same page as German, Japan, and South Korea.
You cant just up and leave once youve started something. Regardless of if you support it or not, pulling everyone out now is not the answer.

I think we will be there for years to come, sure most of the troops will come home but bases will be set up and a peace keeping force will stay there.

who knows but i susspect when the politions find a new 'game' to play or if they finish the job.
I hate the politions they're in their nice warm cosy houses whilst rough men sleep in ditches to keep soft folk safe. Its just not fair
