She is a military dependent, so she has the military ID card giving her base access and use of facilities. Then she is continuing to receive Tricare for Life from him. She will be a dependent until she is 21 or if enrolled in college full time 23. During college it will depend on what the child support ruling says Usually after a child is 18 the parents are not responsible for their cost of living but it can be ordered by the court if the judge feels it is necessary.

She is not a military child. She is a dependent.
I assume she is receive health care and you get child support. Child support should end at 18; health care will end at 21 or 23 if she stays a full time student in college. There might be some minor scholarships out there for military dependents, but other than that she is not eligible for anything else. Why are you trying to milk the system?

They can remain on DEERS (on Tricare/Tricare Prime) until the age of 25 PROVIDED they stay in school. If they should graduate high school and not go on to higher education, they lose that benefit at age 18.
Some states offer up programs of benefits for the children of military, but that is up to the individual state and has restrictions. Florida offers a little assistance, provided your parent lived in the state prior to entering the military and then retired to the state.

None. Why would they get any benefits?
I have two children, one in college, one in high school. I've served 23 years in the military. My children don't receive any benefits. And yes, we live in Texas.
They are covered by TriCare. I guess that's a benefit.
