i was arrested with shoplifting wich was not me i was with my friends they took staff and i did not know about it so thats why my charge was redused to trespassing and in 3 years that is going to be dissmised wich 3 years its this june 2008. i am trying toi apply for different job would this effect my oppurtunities with new employers. please advice!

If an employer ever asks during the interview process if you have ever been charged or convicted of a felony or misdemeanor - then you have to say yes. Then they'll ask for an explanation and give you the old "case by case scenerio." This may be a bigger issue at a bank - but thank your lucky stars that it wasn't for shop lifting - that would be a large problem in the financial service industry.
