iam an Reg. nurse, full time with an agency. I need help.?
I have contract with agency for 3 yrs, but now they have been cancelling my schedule very often. I cann't pay my bills. I can find job anywhere but can't apply because i have contract. It's like an entrapment situation. Who can I talk to for help if my agency wont give me work and still binds me with the contract? This week I worked only one day whereas Iam a fulltime nurse.
I don't know what the contart says, but most states have some kind of escape clause. I would advise you to A. read the contract in detail.. B. write a formal letter of resignation from the job.

I owuld find another job. if thr contract just still takes there % of the pay...its worth it to work and still pay them its better then receiving nothing.
