ok i worked in this shop when i was 16 for this manger and he never liked me and sacked me the first chance he got but when he did sack me he done it in the wrong and the boss asked me back but i didnt want to work for that manager. just over a year ago i started work in the same shop again because there was a new manager and everything was grand and i liked the job and was doin all my work but there about 2 or so months ago the old manager came back and the new 1 went. he wa grand at first and i kept my head down and done my work but then he stated naggin at me over stupid things, he'd stop from the job i was doin and tel me to do somethin else and when id finsh what he'd told me to do he wud give out to me cuz i didnt have the job done that i was doin in the first place!! and he'd tel me how to do somethin and id do it and then he'd tell me it was all wrong to start again!! like he stoped me workin the other day to tel me i done the order wrong and when i told him i was right he took

me up to the office and when it turned out i was right he go tick!! and when everyone was getting new work t-shirts and fleeces he just give me the t-shirts and old me i didnt need a fleece cuz i work on the floor (i live in ireland). iv worked 39 hours since i started there over a year ago and in the last few weeks i got an hour or 2 takin off and i said nothing but when i went in and looked at my hours for this week i only have 26!! is he aloud just do this to me??

He can cut your hours, but he can't control what you document in your diary on your own time. It sounds as though he's trying to set you up to be fired.
When you go on lunch break, and when you go home, write down everything that happened that day in a diary. Be detailed and be certain to put a date, and to write out this manager's whole name in each entry of some way that he tried to set you up. Follow directions to the "T", but if he takes you off of your regular work to do a special chore that he made up, ask him, in front of witnesses, whether doing this new chore will excuse you from having to complete your assigned work. If he says no, then say that you'd probably better complete your assigned work before starting on the new chore, unless he wants to sign a statement on paper that he ordered you to come off your regular work to do a special chore for him. If he says yes, it excuses you, make him put it in writing, in front of witnesses.
Every time he makes a snotty comment in front of another worker, make a note of that and include the worker's name.
Make every effort to never be alone with him. He can get away with telling lies about what you said or did in the absence of witnesses, and they'll believe him over you.
When you have several weeks of his abuse documented, with names of people who witnessed the abuse, go to his boss with a COPY of your notes and ask to be transferred to a shop where you'll be treated with more respect. If the transfer is refused, go and see a solicitor. I don't know what the laws are like in Ireland, but in America, they can't get away with the stuff he's pulling. You might want to look for another position while you're still employed there. If he gets an excuse to fire you, it will be harder to find a new job.
