There shouldn't be any difference if you're a minority supervisor. You're probably just worried of how the non-minorities you're in charge of will think of you. Or else you're shy. You're the supervisor, so that means you're in charge and don't worry about how others feel about you. As long as you treat everyone equally and fairly.
At the very least, probably the main issue minority supervisors are concerned about is whether they will get the same amount of respect as non-minority supervisors. Or else the people you're in charge of don't think you should be supervisor. Tough luck for them, minority or not, you're the supervisor so do your job.

I would watch to make sure you didn't seem to be playing favorites when assigning work or promotions. Non minorities have to watch that too but since most of the group might not be minorities it might not be seen on the first promotion and most non minorities know they need to be sure not to play favorites by race or gender.
When you always do what is the best for getting the job done you wouldn't think you would be seen as racial or sexually discriminating but some might think so. Make sure you state as plain as you can why you are promoting or giving special task, sometimes you can't because it would cause hurt feelings but if you can do it.
