My father recently injured his back at work and wasnt working for about 2 months because dr said he couldt and so he was getting therapy. when the dr. gave him the ok to go back to work the hr lady gave him some papers to sign in which he didnt yet because he wanted to discuss it with us before anything. so they are asking him to choose from Moderate Work and Alternative work. I kind of know what is the difference but i just need more answers between both of these and the differences. He's been working at this comp. for 5 years. BTW they offered him another job at the comany in which he would still be lifting up heavy things so i dont. Does any one know what shoul be done in this case? Any answes will help....thank you
