I'm not sure, but I think if you have taken off a lot of sick days in the past and they think you might be faking, they can come out and check on you. Again, I am not sure about this.

Does her boss have a boss?
Dont complain about this bytch just ask to be transfered.
be careful when you say you are discriminated against.
She may not like you and vice versa but 'discrimination' has such 'other' connotations that just dont fit with what you have stated here.

You will have zero chance getting anyone to believe that she wants you out because you are black since she is too.
ALthough this may be the case, you wont be able to convince anyone else....

Besides, she might be jealous of you...might want your boyfriend
who knows
transfer if possible

Kind of depends on how long you have been there. If you have only been employed there for a few months there is usually a clause in the employment contract that says "you can be terminated at any time during that period without cause" If you are well beyond that period , and you have a supervisor who is over this woman then you could go to them and make a complaint. It may just be that you and this woman have a personality conflict and can't get along. Almost everyone has had a job where they have to "kiss some butt" to keep the job" it is just part of working for someone else. I don't think you will be able to prove discrimination unless she is calling you names publically or writing things to that effect to other people. Probably better start looking for another position. Sometimes you get surprised and it turns out to be a blessing in disguise.

Unfortunately there is nothing you can do. If you decide to look elsewhere, be sure to secure a reference from someone at your current job that can give credit to your work in a non-compromising way.

You are going to have a hard time proving discrimination. You are black and supervisor is black.

Sounds like something else is going on, but not discrimination. Find another job.
