Nick	im a future law student at UF and if she didnt pay you then you can calculate the amount you are owed and then go to the office and take the equivilance of that in items UNTILL SHE PAYS YOU!! if she for some reason does file a lawsuite for burgulary file a counter lawsuit for the money owed and pain and suffering....... the pain and suffering can cover costs such as missed rent and the fines you payed for her lawsuite which she filed against you.....not to mention the lawyer fees!!! this all wouldnt of happened if she would have payed you so it is her fault! 2blessed2bstressed	ILLEGAL...IT'S TAKING STUFF WITHOUT PERMISSION. As for your boss I'm sure it's some kind of "legal" steps you can take to get your money; may take a while, but it's better than being locked up for stealing. Was this answer helpful to you? Yes / No

Steph<3	Hey, I suggest you take it too court. I mean stealing is wrong ,and she could still sue you for stealing the stuff for really no apparent reason. I suggest you play it safe and take it to court and trust me you will win. My uncle didn't get his paycheck from his boss and he sued his boss for the money. Marco's girl	Don't do it. Karma is great...but stealing is against the law and you could go to jail. She stole from you...don't stoop to her level. I don't think getting even is worth time in the pokey with Bubba! People like your boss will get theirs.....without you having to lift a finger. rtfm	Just because she did something illegal doesn't give you a license to steal. What you're talking about doing is a crime and she could prosecute. michr	the non payment of wages is a civil issue and the state of California will assist you. all you have to do is file a wage claim......... what you are proposing to do is a criminal issue and the state will assist the employer in dealing with you...... the difference is with the criminal issue you go to jail. to file a wage claim: http://www.dir.ca.gov/dlse/HowToFileWageClaim.htm EDIT: leave it to a UF student to tell you it is okay to steal...........chomp, chomp!!!!!
