The USA needs to do something with our problem of the welfare crowd who have baby after baby, and remain on welfare sucking the blood from the honest working person. Don't look for your state or federal representative to do anything to resolve the problem because it's those welfare mongers who cast their votes for these idiot politicians who will keep them on welfare and have even more kids at the expense of a self sufficient American like myself! If the first child is a girl, they are permitted to try again. If the first child is a boy they must stop there. Abortion is a very lively practice in China. The chinese do not consider girl babies worthwhile since Boys will grow to be young men and be able to work for the family and help support the parents. Many peasant families will abandon or even kill a girl baby at birth in order to be able to have another shot at having a boy. An unforseen consequence of this one child policy is that there are not far more males than females in China. That means that many young men, whose hormones are raging, cannot find women with whom they can marry or even have sex. The result is becoming a very hostile male Population. This is already causing serious problems in China and it will continue to get worse. Horny males can be aggressive and China will need to find an outlet for that aggression. Hopefully, it will not be war but the Communist party knows that, if the Chinese people, ( males ) do not have an external enemy on whom to focus its anger, it might turn on the government which caused the problem in the first place. The world suposidly can only sustain about 8 billion people after that it will become extremly difficult to feed people and water supplies wich are already stretched will become scarce. pretty much we will be consuming faster then the planet can create and recycle it. There are alternatives they are talking now of creating skyscrapers each level will be.... we will say a farm creating vast quanities of food. For the population. Also at 8 billion oxygen the air we breathe will be consumed much faster meaning there will be more CO2 in the air from our vast consumtion.
