i am a 17 year old boy. my boyfriend is 16. his mom just found out that he is gay. (his mom is a "psych" major" ) and to get things clear..i am a very respectful young man. i am an AP student with a family full of university graduates. and that lady is telling her son things about my family and she has never even SEEN them...she said my bro was a gangster and that my mom "called her saying that her son was breaking up our family" (she has issues obviously)...and she said she is pressing charges if i come near her son........we are under age......its like.....since when is being gay sexual harassment????

in most states the age of consent is 16 so check it out and if it is there is nothing she can do about it. i would also tell her that if she did try anything like that that you will just claim rape.

She can't do anything unless your boyfriend agrees with her.
I was in a similar situation. My dad didn't like my boyfriend when i was 15, boyfriend was 17. And he ended up taking me to the police dept. so he could file 'statutory rape'. But (in oklahoma) being 17 and 15 and 'doing it' (lol) isn't illegal unless you say it was rape (which it wasn't in my case).
