We have a duplex next door with constant drug activaty. Do we have rights?

The duplex next door is haven for drug addicts. The top floor is rented by a prostitute and her crack smoking daughter. The bottom floor also has a crack addict. I know for sure the bottom is paid for by HUD. What can I do to get them out??? Besides the 5 duplexs next door the whole community is really nice! HELP

Call the cops when you know there is activity.
If they are in any kind of housing program they can be thrown out if the program looks into it.

If you are brave enough take videos/photos while they are at it.Present them to the police or DEA.But if their is a way first contact the HUD. Be careful though.Those cranks might get back at you!!!

Discreetly collect evidence of their criminal activities. Turn it into the police and to HUD.
