150 lbs is distribution. He's going away for a long time, like 5-10 years.

The Army doesn't need idiots like your brother...unless they're going to use him as a decoy.

His lawyer can file a motion to reduce bond, but it is up to the judge. He is not going to the army. No, the judge will not just make this little problem go away because he is trying something different. More likely he is going to prison, and for a long time. If it were my state, it could be for life.

Um, he'll be discharged from the Army and will go to prison for at least 10 years. It depends on what state you are in, but people have gotten life in prison for that amount of pot before.

Bye bye Army hello prison. That much stuff and if they can prove it crossed state lines the feds will take over. The feds = no parole, no probabtion and mandatory minimums. Id said you brother the pusher is looking down the barrel of 20-25 years.

Um, NO, the bail will not be reduced. And NO, he cannot just 'leave' to enter the army.
He needs to contact his recruiter and let the army know he's not going to be there. I would imagine his recruitment will be put on hold pending the outcome of the case, and if he's convicted his stint in the army will be canceled.

Is 60,000 his bail or his bond? There is a difference. After the stunt he just pulled he'd be lucky if he can still go into the Army.
