Is this parking ticket fair?

Hey guys, I am a college student and I got a parking ticket for parking in an inappropriate area. Now, they claimed the area was for commuters. I am a resident... This area is supposed to be painted white. However the paint on there is BARELY visible....They ticketed me $30.00 which i think is very fair due to the fact that this paint isnt very visible.

I meant to say that this is UNFAIRR

hotwheels122287	the fact of the matter is, is the paint is THERE, whether its barely there or brand new, its visible. you yourself claim " i think is very fair" so why are you asking us? you parked in a place that you did not check before you parked there to make sure it was legal.....you are still at fault.
