If the neighbour is behaving anti socially you may be able to seek a court order against him or her to restrict certain behaviours. this much depends on your state or country of residence. It depends how he is threatening you, but If you feel like you are in danger then it would be a good idea to seek more immediate action. There are lots of legal agencies who can offer you free impartial advice. A good idea is a quick web search for legal advice.
