Yes you can.

Some people can't read or are liberals who don't want to know the truth.

Even liberal papers are telling the truth.

You can go to jail..

No you cant, but you cant not pay your bill either. The new bill allows govt to go into your bank account and transfer money out to them.

No. You can't go to jail for not having insurance.

However, if you don't have insurance you will have to pay an increased tax and if you do not pay that you can go to jail for tax evasion. If you can't afford insurance there are hardship waivers that would allow you to avoid the extra tax.

one of the answers says they can go into your bank account! What happens if you DON'T have one? Do they come knocking on your door??? I think people will be withdrawing OUT of banks! Isn't THAT going to hurt the banks??? Personally, if they DO that, isn't that taking their authority way too far?? I would like to see that in the BILL! Anybody! Have YOU seen this too!?

I don't think they will be sent to jail. It's not right , since the new law needs some time for people to adopt to.
SO i think probably community service or a fine.
Prison probly if you resist that much to runaway.

don't worry about things that are probably NOT gonna happen and if it does it's gonna take years to implement...how about you worry about something you can change now.
