2010-09-01 17:16:30 +0000	I've not been to a Denny's the even serves alcohol at any time. However, it's been years since I have been to one, so perhaps policy has changed. From what you said, you were yelling at employees and threatened another customer. Seems to be grounds for calling the police to me. However, I guess it's always somebody else's fault and nobody wants to take the blame for themselves. (One of the reasons I quit going to Denny's was because I no longer cared for the food.) Now, if you had been actually quietly eating your meal and not talking to anybody, except for politely conversing with employees, and the police came, then you MIGHT have a case. Also, I do wonder how much of your regurgitaton was from poor food or from alcohol. I suppose you could find a lawyer to take your case (try the ambulance chasers who advertise on TV), but I don't know how legitimate it would be if it actually got into court. 2010-09-01 17:12:23 +0000	You can sue, but you'll lose. The police decided that you were being drunk and disorderly, not Denny's. If you want to sue someone, sue the cops. You'll lose that too though. Bringing a bottle of your own wine into a restaurant is pretty much and automatic fail.
