2009-09-05 22:51:30 +0000	You are at risk of being fired. If you want to keep your job be extremely apologetic with HR and let them know that you see your errors. Don't get defensive with them, you are in the wrong because the boss says you are. If you get to keep your job, apoligize to this supervisor and show her nothing but respect with no reservations for as long as you have to deal with her. I know none of this advice is fair, but work is not about being fair. Its about keeping your job, and earning a living. If you dont like the job, look for a better one, but make sure you leave when you are ready, not when someone else fires you. If you can do that, you win. Good luck. Was this answer helpful to you? 2009-09-05 23:17:41 +0000	If you cut it down to the underline issues: 'a lady at my job who feels that she is in charge of me' 'she called me in to her office' 'her boss comes and tells me' 'the lady' 'i have 3 other supevisors' 'this lady' 'i saw things in her that i disliked ' ' i begin to seperate myself from her' 'she is the first person i go to ask a question' 'the hr people' It would seem that this lady is indeed one of your bosses. I'm guessing she's a supervisor. You really need to find out if she is your boss or not before you go to the HR meeting. She is someone that you ask questions of and respect, yet when she needs your help she finds that you are distancing yourself from her and she has realised that you dislkie her. When she tried to talk to you about it you walked off then expected her to talk to you when it was home time. Instead of going to your boss she went to the HR department which suggests that she may want to patch things up with you rather than get you in trouble. Is your problem with her that she shouts? Because if this is so then tell the HR department that she has a bullying attitude that you found so intimidating that you were afraid to be in the same room as her. Tell them that the position has gone to her head. She will then be the focus of attention. But since you cannot bear to admit she is your boss I think possibly the real reason is that you are jealous of her position and have a problem taking orders from her. She has every right to ask you questions and ask you into her office if she is your boss so your bad attitude has obviously not gone unnoticed. So in conclusion - is she your boss? If yes - apologise and be respectful of her position, quit if you can't stand taking orders from her or take disciplinary action against her bullying behaviour. If no - don't ask her questions anymore, keep away from her and tell the HR department that she acts as if she is your boss and it is getting on your nerves. If no - Was this answer helpful to you?
