do you think its a good plan?
im 19 right now and im planning to get a degree in criminal justice then go for the police academy. when i become a police and i retire or if things just dont work out i can rely on my education and get a job around my area. do you think this is a good plan????
Its a TRADE not an education. You will trained to do certain things, that's all. it's not like tv. go look at a real education. cops are hated, and often over worked in impossible situations. i wouldn't do it until there are serious changes in laws and in the training.
no criminal justice is like have a degree in phlosipy its all about gettin into the academy once u r a cop after 20-25 on the job u get 75% pay plus a pension and a 401k wit full med beifits dont bother its a waste of time and money hell after u retire open a business thats what im gon2 do and cops i know r do the same thing
