What would happen to society if we didn't have a criminal justice system? Have u ever experienced no justice?

2009-06-23 02:09:08 +0000	We live in a police state , meaning if the police were not here everybody be killed , there are three parts too the Criminal Justice System the police who apprehend , the court to prosecute and the correction to keep them in , parole/probation to ensure wereabout after the fact, so we would be like ant third world country no respect , president scraed too speak , i have been a victim of rape and justice was served and he is currently registered under Megan's Law. also a Criminal Justice Major c/o2010 Was this answer helpful to you? Believe it or not; Jamaica is a country that some has agreed, have accepted murder as a way of life. Their corrupt political system and brutal police force, and criminal Elements leave some areas inaccessible to the law. Not unlike some places in America where cults act out their belief, giving the mental fit rule over their minds and property, and in most cases attempt to keep out rule of law by living withing prawling compounds.. 2009-06-23 02:52:14 +0000	I was assaulted by a Ford Credit Company Employee in Charlotte N.C.1996. The police did make a report my mother took me to the hospital minutes after and the E.R.Doctor documented my injuries. Well the Ford companies attorneys put my mental well being on trail instead of my injures and found a witness that was in a different part of the office, however he lied for the Ford Employee and he got a way with bruising me all over and throwing me around. My mother was there I told her to run and call the police. The case was fixed before I walked into the door. How did I feel? Felt like there is no justice. I cried. The sickening feeling is unexplainable. It was the only time I l fought back legally when a man hit me. I have never trusted a black man again. This was not fair, to me or others. I grew up being friends with all colors of people. Now I own a gun and most that know me know that I have been abused and when it comes to protecting my life I'm not sure but I think I will pull the trigger. I do not want to kill no one, I just hope I do not panic and shoot unlawfully. I have panic attacks. PTSD I was not looking to sue Ford I just wanted that man to be responsible for his actions. I assume God will take care of him. But what he did and got away with was wrong. It was over the possessions in my car. I / we had hard times and I was making my car payment on Thursday and that early morning they came and took it before I could go to work and get my pay check. I just need my brothers tools and my personal belongings. My brother wanted to attack that man like he had attack me and called their office and told them that. He did not understand them hurting his sister. I do not trust many people now. I told him to leave it alone. That it would be settled in court. The DA asked me to go forward with other charges toward him and I told them "no he got away with it and he would be back in jail and he would hurt someone else worse". Lets say I will never own a Ford nor will ever do any business with them and I will never trust Large Companies. They lie for their employees whom assault their customers. I had came out of an abusive marriage 9 years prior and they had no laws to protect me then. So yea I'm a little messed up. But I am alive and thankful for the strength I still have to carry on. Just ashamed when I flinch near a black man and he open the door for me. There are so many that are good but now it has damaged me in trust areas. Why hurt people and lie ?
