People have got to stop chugging down these anti-depressant pills because all the shooters that commit these crime are always on some kind of drug. I think it messes them up more.

After initial expressions of horror and throwing their hands in the air this government would do nothing except bring in some other stupid law which wouldn't stop it happening again. There are more illegal guns on the streets than there ever were with legal owners with firearms certificates. The whole thing of banning firearms was a farce.

Based on the competency of this Government, it would probably make shooting lessons compulsory in the school curriculum.

The Government would pay the Police loads of overtime to put more patrols out doing high visibility patrol past schools for a few weeks in a bid to re-assure the public. Then when all the initial shock and outrage has died down the overtime would be cancelled and everything would go back to normal and we'd all just hope it doesn't happen again.
But then what can they do? As America shows there is absolutley nothing you can do to stop it happening if some weirdo wants to do it, especially there where guns are so easily available. The only way would be to make all schools like fortified prisons which ain't gonna happen.
Thankfully, the chances in UK are vastly reduced by the fact that guns are still quite difficult to get hold of unless you are a serious criminal. These sort of shootings are always done by odd-balls who would find it difficult in UK to get a gun.

In the next 5 years when its happened in one of the major cities, hopefully they will stop talking about protecting the civil liberties of potential shooters , let us start whacking the little Bstards, and allow us to fight back.
