See a lawyer. But, really, that's going to cause all kinds of agro, so talking to her would probably be preferable.

You could sue her in small claims court for Defamation. But it must be something that is untrue, and has caused you some sort of harm. But usually a lawsuit can shut people right up.

Wow how dramatic. Since she's old enough to get married, she's old enough to be talked to. If that doesn't work, I don't know.

Got proof? Sue her. There is a law against that.

Document everything that she is doing and take her to court. If you don't want to do the court thing, then talk to your son about the situation if you have that type of relationship with him. Good luck to you. But just keep proof of everything because that is what you will need in court if you go that route. As well as an assesment of damages it has caused you--financially.

You can confront her, confront her spouse, or if it's serious enough, you could contact a lawyer and see if you have the grounds to sue her for slander.
