I kno this is a different topic but hear this out: At a party, there was my friends aunt who is 36ish but she is cool like she acts like a 20 yr old. Well as I was starting to get drunk, some guys told her to show us her boobs and i went along and said "yea come on" and think i also said "you gotta give me a kiss." but besides hugging her, i didnt even touch her like i didnt grab her anywhere inappropriate or anything and didn't force her but yea..if she goes to the cops and just say i asked her to show her boobs and to kiss her..is that anything serious like something i would get in trouble over? mayb i'm just over thinking but just curious..she wasnt mad or anything when we asked to show her boobs..she just pushed me away and said "no and i'm not kissing anyone"

actually you are 18 and she is 36 so you are perfectly legal, but she is 36 and you are under 21 so I doubt she is going to make up stories about you touching her when she is providing you with alcohol and can go to jail for contributing to the delinquency of a minor and even if she didn't actually purchase it you are under 21 and she is supposed to be a 36 yr old woman who is "responsible" so she can still get the same charge but anyway there isn't really a charge for "asking" someone to do something, unless there were more to the story than that, either way the cops would question the fact that she shouldn't have been in a situation with underage drinking, just saying....

Yes you are both "over thinking" and also paranoid. There is no law about a 36 year old showing her breasts nor is there any law about an 18 year old kissing a 36 year old. There are also no laws about asking for this to be done. Move on.
