Jonathan	Well i'm almost positive he'll get 3 years in prison. ALSO in my area depending on the town or city or individual officer he might ge an a** beating in a dark alley. Once he gets out cops will be messing with him every chance they get. Well then again, I actually lived or worked in all kinds of areas. I actually grew up in a rural township where the cops do everything by the book and I also lived in a town outside of a major city where the cops are nasty as hell, doesn't give a damn about protecting anyone even in there OWN unit, AND last but certainly not least they find ways to get around your rights for example, you have the right to refuse an officer to search your vehicle BUT guess what......an officer also has a right to tow your vehicle if he has "probable cause" to do so and wait for a warrant to search your vehicle. Bottom line of all people a cop is the worse person to mess with even if they're wrong. That's what the court system is for even though that sometimes fails too. Now if he gets convicted you now have 3 years without him. Also if that person you love has real money or assets he may also be sued by this officer. He may have felt good at that moment, NOW he's going to have years of hell and you get to pick up all the piece left behind. Was this answer helpful to you? Yes / No

EddyJ	Death! Seriously, the guy is obviously a loser with a long life in prison ahead of him. Felonious assault on a police officer carries a stiff sentenced and heavy fine. I am willing to bet this is not his first offense so his record will be taken into consideration at sentencing.
