Yes it's true, where I work we arrest double the amount of people that are wearing saggy pants. Not because of that particular fashion style, but for some reason disrespect, criminal activity, and a bad attitude seam to follow thier sags. It's nothing racial, it's just the behavior that comes with the style.

Nope, I'm more apt to arrest people for committing crimes. Those pants are pretty much felony stupid, but they're not illegal.

We arrest a lot of people with sagging pants. It's not because they dress like that - personally I think it looks stupid but it's not against the law as long as nothing is showing. I think the reason we seem to arrest a disproportionate number of those individuals is because they have a higher capacity for attracting our attention by breaking real laws.
