and confess to the court i lied to the cops about my ticket info.
he also got my finger print
the ticket was from like almost 2 years ago

..........listen shipmate what you did was dump no question there but its done....the big thing now is the fact that you lied....in my state (AZ) lying to a Police Officer is a class one misdemeanor meaning you can do six months in jail and pay a large fine....but there should be ways to plea it down.....now from reading what you said the court is aware of this?.....haven't the courts told you this?
...also its unlikely to get kicked out for an unpaid traffic fine
Contact the court and find out what the fine amount is and send in the full amount of monies due.... including any late or failure to appear warrant fees.
It was two years ago.. If you've had run-ins with the police since where they ran your name for driver's license or for warrants and you DIDN'T get arrested, that means they don't know who you really are. You got away with it. My advice is don't mention it to anyone, and no one will know.
