Well the marijuana charge won't result in anything more than a misdemeanor due to the amount. Secondly, they won't believe that you didn't know about the roaches. If anything it would be better to say you let a friend borrow the car and he has a medical prescription. If you weren't already arrested then you're fine, you'll probably just get a ticket. Oh and you didn't say what state this happened in.

they always get a lot of the details wrong in the statement. It sounds like a simple posession so just eat the charge and say you're sorry...to their faces. If you're nasty about this you can end up with up to a year in county. Also, don't try to get slick with that, marijuana can be spelled either way. Do yourself a favor, show up without a lawyer, say that you want to postpone until you can find appropriate legal counsel. They'll say no because you've had time to get counsel and the States Attorney will offer you a deal of probation. Especially if you're not constantly getting in trouble.

So?
Bush made up words and still was president. You can't get out of tickets on the basis of clerical mistakes.

That spelling is an old, alternate spelling and it won't help your case. You should also be cited for proceeding through a paragraph without stopping. Punctuation, Dude!

You are obviously either stupid or were stoned when you wrote your question. Do you see those little dots after every few words in my answer? They are called periods. They divide what you are writing into sentences.
You are also obviously lying about not having ever seen the roaches before.
And, as others have stated, "marihuana" is a perfectly legitimate way to spell marijuana. In fact, that is the way it is spelled in the Controlled Substances Act. If you have the intelligence to look for it, it's in Schedule I (C)(10).
Stop smoking pot before you destroy the few brain cells that you have left.
Controlled Substances Act:
http://www.usdoj.gov/dea/pubs/csa/812.htm
Also: For those who talk about medical prescriptions, the Controlled Substance Act is the Federal law that makes Schedule I substances illegal for ANY use. Under this federal law, marijuana has no legitimate medical use. States that allow "medical marijuana" are in violation of federal law.

Actually, you spelled "ticket" - "tickrt"
So you can't get out of the ticket.
Had you spelled that one word right, you would have had every right to get out of it.
SO close........
Ok, so seriously.....assuming you're not a Troll (which you probably are)
You're an idiot.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marihuana
marihuana is another (perfectly correct) way of spelling marijuana.
And even if he hadn't spelled it correctly, you wouldn't be getting out of the ticket.
As anybody with any sense would know.
