Kicking my bf out and we live at my parents.. he refuses to leave.?

You may want to get a LOT smarter about whom you have babies with . And he does have parental rights in many states , so you could loose custody . 2008-09-09 05:03:04 +0000	well we need way more info than that! how old is he aboveor below legal age? does he have i.d. stating that is his address? is he listed as the father on the birth certificate? if he pays no rent, and you are not married, and he is over legal age, then he is merely a guest. callthe cops and say that you want them to remove an unwelcome guest. the clincher is your son. he may be placed in care until 1 of you applies for and recieves custody. that's the legal percpective. the reality is men have no rights we are just sperm donors, the cops come take us on a "starlight tour" meaning they drive us to the outskirts rough us upa little, take our shoes and leave us to walk home. a man rarely if ever gets custody. call the cops , kiss him goodbye. But, assuming that you haven't told officals how long he has lived there and as long as he can't show any proof of how long he has been there, then all you need to do is call the cops to have him arrested for trespassing. Once he is taken away, you need to then file custody paperwork for your child and put a restraining order on him. You will have to act quick, but this will put the ball in your court if your tring to get full custody of your son. Also, make sure your parents are on board with all of this...because your stories are going to have to match up. Meaning you can't have your parent's saying hes been living there for a year and you saying he's been there for a week.
