Is a speeding ticket considered conviction of a moving violation?

jenny04105	If you pay your ticket .. you are basically admitting that you were in the wrong and speeding .. if you contest it in court .. even if you lose ... they will lower the fine. Also, if the officer that gave it to you doesnt show .. then they drop the case and the ticket and you don't have to pay.
