If you get "acquitted," does that mean you didn't get arrested?
If you get acquitted of a crime, do you have to answer "yes" to a survey that asks ,"Have you been arrested or convicted of any crime excluding minor traffic violations that did not result in an arrest or injury to others?" I got acquitted of a crime which means, "Declared not guilty of a specific offense or crime. " but I don't know if that means I can still say that I've never been arrested before. Please help!

Acquitted means you have been arrested and charged but found not guilty. If they ask if you have been arrested, you would be lying if you said no.
