Cops pulls me very often while going to work walking or bicycle?

Is there anything I can do from being stop very often? This month has been the 14 time I have been stop by cops. I always get stop while going or coming back from work walking or in bicycle wearing my CNA uniform. They always get off the car immediately and put my hands behind my back with force like if I committed a crime, then they start searching me, questiong me like "where im going? if im in probation? Have I ever been arrested? if im High?" im like "im going to work, dont u see im wearing my uniform", then always put me inside the car start looking for info in the computer. Now, I lost my job for being late 6 times. Is it because of my physical appearance? because im a bodybuilder 6'2 298lbs of muscle mass. Is there anything I can do, because now I am very frustrated being stop a minimum of 8 times a month. Can I just go and volunteer once a week at police department so cops could get to know me?

Dude you proabably did something to piss one of them off they could care less how big you are with your muscle mass. usually someone having that much muscle is trying to comencate for something else being small. But document it everytime it happens invest ina hand held recoreded.

Maybe your too big for your job description, maybe they think your wearing the uniform as a disguise sort of, and makes it suspicious, I know that sounds stupid but it might be it. Try and look as less menacing as possible, if your riding to work everyday pissed off riding a bike or walking fast they're probably like o man hes going to kill somebody. Cause dude your a monster compared to most people. You need to be confident and friendly. If the officer stops you try and be as friendly as possible, don't be like aww ****.. or be pissed off. Dissolve the situation, after he searchs you mention politely that your running late to work and he might help you.
But your most important responsibility is leaving earlier if this is going to happen so that in any situation you get to work on time.
