Advice about someone on parole?

My boyfriend is on parole. He has been for 4 years now, since before we met. We have lived together for a while, and in November we had a fight and his parole officer at the time said we could not live together. Now he was assigned a new parole officer and he to is saying that he will not grant permission for us to live together. We have since been to counseling and have worked out our differences. Believe it or not, I'm the hard headed one, very short tempered - in any case is there anything legally that can be done, or what steps do we need to take for us to be able to live together again? Only honest serious answers please. I've dealt with enough BS today, I dont need any smart comments. We live in PA if that helps at all

your stupid. The only reason a parole officer would get involved is because you called the police after your fight. Your an idiot. Let me say that agian: YOUR AN IDIOT. you knew he was on parole and you called the cops, now you want to unwind the mistake

Its like this; if his parole officer says no, then thats it unless there wasn't an explanation given. if he didn't get one, have him ask next time he goes in for a parole meeting. Part of the parole/probation officers job is to help keep their clients out of trouble. If they feel there is a chance that their client may get hit with a domestic battery charge just for fighting, then they don't want their client living with that person. Talk with a lawyer if your bf doesn't agree with his officers assessment. Good luck
