The will probably tow her car away, if she gets pulled over, which they usually do when you drive without a liscence. At the very least, they will give her a ticket that will cost her big and also because you are minors they would probably take you and call your parents to pick you both up because they cannot just release you because of your age.
She can also get into an accident and then her problems will be huge, since she is driving illegaly, without a licensed driver in the car.
Unless you are specifically doing something in the car, like holding an open container of alcohol or something, then no you cannot get into legal trouble, she will with the ticket, but your parents may be another problem.

not really but she would lose her right to drive plus might take her longer to get her real one cant really get you for doing anything for riding with her

It depends on what the laws are in your state. In the state I live in, you *could* get in trouble, but not for just being a passenger in the car.
