not any more, before it was possible but its not allowed any more. when i went to get mine they ask me for my social security, and id or birthcertificate.
You must have your ss - number,they usually won't three forms of I.D. It's not hard to get a ss - card,or if you lost yours just go down to the nearest ss - office to request another card.
