Am sorry but is it my understanding that you wanted to go to Canada and eat the working visa? I need some enlightenment here. Am lost in translation. I don't think you have anything to go about because you already ate your visa-no proof.

First you would need to find out if you qualify to immigrate as a skilled worker. You can take the preliminary test here:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/assess/index.asp

If you have the 67 points required to begin the process you would print out the guide and get together the requested information here:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-how.asp

You would need to make sure you had enough money to cover the application process, as well as the necessary funds in savings to prove you can support yourself. Right now it is just under $11,000 CDN. The application process takes anywhere from 3-5+ years, depending on where you are applying from. So if you qualify and want to immigrate, the sooner you get started, the better.

You could also look into finding a job and having a company sponsor you. This can sometimes be very difficult, unless you have a specific skill that is high in demand. Canadian employers have to prove that they cannot find a qualified Canadian to fill the position. This can sometimes be very difficult to prove.

Good luck!
