If you are a permanent resident and got your papers more than a year ago, you can apply as a Canadian student. Otherwise you would be billed as an international student, about double.
you will need to go home and apply for a study permit - you cannot apply for a study pemrit from inside Canada
you also need to show that you have LOTS OF MONEY to pay the fees AND to live on
you must also show proof that you will go home when your studies end
your aunt cannot be supporting you - you need to support yourself
