OK... so you object to people who are KNOWLEDGEABLE about a complex subject giving (selling) their opinion to the "decision makers"....
... and you favor allowing politicians who don't know SQUAT about ANYTHING.... making life changing, world-economic-impacting, and security-impacting decisions in a vacuum void of informed opinions.

There may be some negative aspects to lobbying, but how else can a concerned group get their point across to a politician in a strong way?
Lobbying will exist as long as there are leaders and people that want the leaders to do something.

It's not, which is why obama promised to do away with lobbying. But of course he hasn't done that.
It is a biased stance from a group who is willing to give politicians plenty of money to vote in their favor. Lobbying has nothing to do with being fair. It's all about paying someone to give you what YOU want.
