Go to college in the UK,it is NOT easy to "move" to the UK unless you meet the legal requirements of holding ILR and only Tier 1 visas are currently eligible for such.I would highly suggest getting a Master's degree in the US or PHD before thinking of immigrating or you could be just waisting your time.
