when can i start my N400 form after 1 year absent?
married with usa citizen and for some reason I was out of Usa more than 1 year,one of person on yahoo answer wrote that I have to calculate after that day.
but somebody told me "after you came back to usa the time before one years is not valuable and you have to start again,but you have to be in USA 2 years after came back,not 2 years and 9 months"
Is that true?
or I have to wait another 2years and 9 months....thanks

Continuous Residence: 3 years as a Permanent Resident without leaving the United States for trips of 6 months or longer (Page 22, 2nd row (married to US citizen) 2nd column)

If you are applying based on 5 years as a Permanent Resident or 3 years as a Permanent Resident married to a U.S. citizen,
you may file for naturalization up to 90 days before you meet the “continuous residence” requirement. (page 26 box at bottom)
