If you google the British Embassy for your country it will have their official contact emails on the site or you can use the British government's own official website to find one of their embassies

NO. The IP address gives it as Sunnyvale California USA!! Presumably the Yahoo server. No way is any free email provider ever used by UK Government departments. ALL UK Government depts, embassies etc have a sufix of .gov.uk
