can canadian embessy cancel valid us visa with ordinary pen marking?

i had applied for tourist visa to canadian embassy to my surprise they cancelled my valid 10 yr us visa due to a case pending on my brother where the state agency had made a party and this was not in my knowledge and when i went to the canadian emabssy with the court orders stating to get it restored from the concernrd embassy they r not ready to listen and tell who cancelled my valid us visa as my passport never went to us embassy and also the observation is written with pen..shall i go to us embassy without telling them the whole story as i have lost that passport also and have a fresh passport which contain several valid visa for other european countries on which i have travelled couple of times as i am scared to go to us embassy that they might not cancel my other visas somebody please guide me ...

Yes, an ordinary pen is just as official as a special stamp with special ink. And just so you know, your visa was canceled in cooperation with the US embassy. And just because you so conveniently lost the passport with the canceled visa in it, there is a computer record of the cancellation, so your clever games will not work, even if you now have a fresh passport.
