TriCare is available in the Philippines. The claims are processed in Japan. The situation is in flux due to massive fraud that was uncovered where Filipino hospitals/physicians were direct filing with TriCare. TriCare de-certified all the facilities in the Philippines and guys were being required to file by mail.

"Harry The Horse" is retired Air Force, living in Angeles City, email him and he'll be able to give you the latest information on TriCare benefits.....

You can also post on the Philippines Travel board. There are several retired Navy guys living there who will respond....
