Yes, you are entitled to benefits as citizen of both countries. This is basically what dual-citizenship means. I know somebody who holds both a German and US passport and he can work in the EU and in the US without a work permit. However check with immigration first to be sure.

yes, but you are also no longer protected, regardless of which passport you show, by the USA if you suddenly find that the Czech Republic wanted to do something, like draft you in the armed forces. (Not saying they do this, just giving an example - this kind of thing has happened in other cases before).

i'm british australian dual citizen and i tend to use my british passport to travel the E.U and my auzzi one to travel asia. you can use the czech one to work in the E.U because it makes you eligble, it's right tho that the U.S. one wont protect you from the czech's if you get drafted or in trouble with the law. eg, you can't get in trouble in czech republic then turn round and say i'm U.S. citizen and get the U.S. to bail you out, the U.S. one doesn't trump the Czech one and vise versa but you can use the advantages of both for sure, i will arrive in U.K. on british one as it's better in customs to have local passport where you are it's faster etc, and then travel to auz on auzzi one and i don't need visa to go to E.U or U.K.

You can use either as and when it suits you. So yes, you can use the Czech nationality to work in the EU.
Remember though that you should not leave a country on one passport and enter another country on your other passport, use the same passport or you will spark a massive security alert as effectively you have disappeared and are unaccounted for between security checks.
You should also be aware that if you use your Czech passport in the EU, you cannot call on the services or assistance of the US consul if you get into trouble as you have entered the EU as a Czech citizen.
