Hey man, I am not gonna lie but there is NO way that she going to get a 5 year visa to go to India primarily because of her nationality. Its hard enough for Pakistani's to get a 6 month visa to India let alone a 5 year visa. Your going to go through months if not years of bureaucratic paper work to get her into the country legally due to the heightened tensions between the two countries. She will undergo extensive background checks, medical checks etc that will take time and cost lots of money.
To be honest, your spouse needs to change her nationality through naturalization and then try to apply for her to stay in India legally. India has essentially shut the door on people who are pakistani nationals, sorry mate
