If an Indian resident has to send his passport from India to Canadian Consulate in Australia for getting Visa Sticker Affixed, how can he send it out of India. On Indian passports the printed condition is that passport should not be sent out of the country by post. How can he send the Passport to consulate office in Australia.

From what I know, all applications for any kind of visa should be directed at the embassy that serves your country of residence. Your application will NOT be entertained anywhere else.
