Okay, I'm not a truck driver, and this is not textbook, but let me tell you the mental image and the memory of the most successful turns I've seen. So both streets are at least two lanes going each way.... sounds like the far right lane is some kind of manditory right turn lane so that the one beside it (to its left, one lane further into the middle of the street) can make a right turn without the cars to the right hand lane crashing into the people turning right. The second right turn lane (in toward the street) may be an optional right turn where the drivers could either either go straight, or turn right.
What I'm seeing is, as you approach the intersection, get to the the right turning lane, but ease the truck to the left side of your right turn lane.... leave the trailer wheels in most of that far right lane. this will keep people from comming up on your right trying to cut around you and getting squished. Use your left turn signal to edge the tractor out into the second (towards the middle of the street) right turn lane. Now your 18-wheeler is slightly diagonal across Both right turning lanes. Now turn on your right turn signal and wait for the light to assist you, or just go real slow if it's a stop sign. Nobody should be up on your right side unless they jumped the curb and drove across the grass and sidewalk to get there. When it's your turn, try and drive the truck almost straight out into the intersection until the trailer wheels come into your street's crosswalk, or you are in danger of getting into oncomming traffic if you turn any later. (whichever comes first) Then you cut the wheels of the tractor really hard to the right, and your tractor should make a tight little turn to the right almost out in the middle of the road. Your trailer wheels will just now be comming into the intersection, and they'll be following at whatever angle it is back to the tractor. Hopefully, leaving your back end blocking the inside (right most) lane will prevent any crushings, and occupying the other (more center) right turn lane will give you a little manuvering room to swing that trailer around a sharp corner.
Hey, this is not gospel, but I have been watching trucks, on these streets since I was a little kid.
I think the key may be to not do any kind of soft lazy turn, but to get the tractor out into the intersection and cut hard to the right so that the tractor moves in a big circle, while the trailer wheels move in a much smaller circle right around the curbbing of that corner of the street.
Good Luck, I hope you have somewhere you can practice!

I am a truck driver, and when you make a right turn with the intersection having 2 right turn lanes, you are supposed to use the lane on the right, the reason being is that way you block someone from coming up on your right side blindside. Plus this is also a legal right turn with a tractor trailer,if you do the turn from the left lane, you create big problems for yourself,in that you can be cited for an illegal turn.. The vehicles in the left ,will take care of themselves if you do the turn properly
