Need help concerning a wreck...How can I find a camera at intersection?

Last night a lady slammed into my car going around 45 mph. My husband was the 1st person in the intersection and I was directly behind him, he was on his motorcycle. When the arrow turned green he proceeded through the intersection turning left and I did the same, I was 2nd car, the other car coming head on never stopped ran light and hit me on the side. The police were NO help, because she said that she thought the light was green for her, and I told them above he stated since we had conflicting stories he gave us BOTH a red light violation, that is the charge on the ticket, said my husband's statement was biased.
How do I find out in there was a camera anywhere that could have recorded this accident, there was business at intersection and a park and ride lot.
Can anyone tell me how to find out if there was a camera recording? I need proof of her actions although I feel my car should be proof enough.
I would appreciate any and all help!!

I DID call the fast food place that was right there, they stated no camera's outside.

try earthcam.com. Also put an ad in paper to see if u can find any more witnesses

If the ticket is dismissed in court, that doesn't mean the accident is the other person's fault. This is up to the involved insurance companies. It'll probably be a 50/50 fault accident since there were no witnesses and it's your word against hers.
