a better question is which countries are actually doing something in Afghanistan
and that would be the US, UK, and Canada, the rest are there for show and do nothing

There are 55,000 troops from 38 countries as part of the NATO led ISAF force. The USA has the most troops with 29,820, while the UK has 8,300 and is in charge of the largest province, Helmand, which produces 42% of the worlds opium. Germany, Canada, France, Italy, Netherlands, Poland and Australia are among the other countries that have troops in the country.
