If you do not have those resources there I will send you a list of domestic shelters that you can spend the night at. There is nothing funny about violence. Please seek help immediately!! Cherry	you should get out fast. and if you cant get out. just make sure you have a plan write down everything he does to make sure you tell a friend. or try this tell if you work tell your boss what is going on. then if you don't show up for work one day she can call and no one answers then she can be the one to call the cops. also have them call you atlessed once a day or at least a couple times a week so they know your okay but make sure they keep it work related and don't talk about any of the abuse that's going on cuz you never know he might be listening to what your saying. oh and have a safe word so you can say it if your in trouble, or something bad has happened. crazylegs	Samantha as tough as it may appear to you at present it may indeed be the best thing to do "LEAVE". There are usually some women's shelters in most areas and they will house you and yours while you get yourself together and find a safe place to live. Nobody has the right to abuse another, especially their wife and/or husband. I do not promote divorce or ending a relationship unless it has been affected by either adultry, addiction or abuse. The shelter will direct you to a legal counsel who will inform you of your legal rights as well as perhaps get a restraining order against your husband for your own safety and security. Best of luck.
