redhead27	I think you are categorizing people under either single or married and separating them... but the question should actually be "How do PEOPLE benefit our society?" ... Magic 8 Ball (Call me BILF)	I would say that the major benefit would be as parents, providing a stable and loving home for their children, who would in turn grow into stable healthy adults who are productive members of society. Of course, that would be the ideal situation, and is a rarity these days. If you are going on the premise of just marriage and not as parents, I would argue that married couples contribute no more or less than single people do. Was this answer helpful to you? Yes / No
